ขอบเขตการทำงาน (Work Scope) - ตรวจเช็ตสภาพทั่วไป (Inspection for overall of the fumehood)
- ตรวจเช็คระบบควบคุมการทำงานตู้ดูดไอสารเคมี (Checking the fumehood controlling system)
- ตรวจเช็ค และ ตรวจวัดแสงสว่างภายในตู้ดูดไอสารเคมี (Checking and measuring the light system inside the hood)
- ตรวจวัด และปรับความเร็วลมหน้าตูู้ดูดไอสารเคมี (Measuring and adjustment the Face Velocity)
- ตรวจเช็คระบบแก๊สภายในตู้ ถ้ามี (Checking the gas system inside the fumehood if any)
- ตรวจเช็คระบบน้ำภายในตู้ ถ้ามี (Checking the water system inside the fumehood if any)
- ตรวจเช็คการรั่วซึมของท่อน้ำทิ้ง ถ้ามี (Checking the leakage of the drainage if any)
- ตรวจเช็คและเติมน้ำมันหล่อลื่น หน้าบานตู้ (Checking the sash movement and lubricating)
- ตรวจเช็คระบบลูกปืนของมอเตอร์ (Checking bearing of motor)
- ตรวจเช็คระบบการสั่นสะเทือน และความยึดแน่นของมอเตอร์ และ โบลเวอร์ (Checking the vibration and tightness of the screw of motor & Blower)
- ทำความสะอาดภายในและภายนอกตู้ (Cleaning inside and outside of the fumehood)
- ตรวจสอบสภาพทั่วไปของระบบบำบัดอากาศแบบเปียก ถ้ามี (Inspection overall of main body Wet Scrubber)
- ตรวจสอบสภาพทั่วไปของระบบบำบัดอากาศแบบแห้ง ถ้า มี (Inspection overall of Dry Scrubber)
