Fraction Collectors

FC203/ FC204 Fraction Collectors

Advanced fraction collection solutions with a complete line of stand-alone and software controlled fraction collectors ranging from small footprint to large vessel capacity models and everything in between.

The FC 203B and FC 204 Fraction Collectors are ideal instruments to integrate with any HPLC system. Capable of collecting into a variety of vessels these fraction collectors can also be used in a stand-alone
operation using time, drop or peak based collection.

Features & Benefits
  • Choose the compact FC 203B for lower capacity or the FC 204 for large volumes and capacities
  • Accepts a wide variety of collection vessels, including microplates, vials, and tubes
  • In peak mode, the collector monitors a detector signal and identifies peaks using either an adaptive slope algorithm or a specified millivolt threshold
  • Up to ten programmable time windows can be added for collecting specified samples while discarding the column void volume, peaks of no interest and equilibration volumes
  • Operate as a stand-alone instrument with incorporated keypad or control through TRILUTION® LC Software
  • 3-way diverter valve prevents contamination of collected fractions (standard on the FC 204, optional on the FC 203B)
  • Contact closure inputs are available to remotely start, advance or stop fraction collection—compatible with most HPLC systems
  • Multi-column adapters for collecting up to 18 separate channels (9 on the FC 203B)
  • Compact size; fits in most fume hoods
